Shining Bright: How a Jewellery Store Used Personalized Videos to Launch their Latest Collection

Alankra a well known jeweller in India was known for its exquisite and unique jewellery pieces. It was launching a new product line of that had several designs inspired by the traditional jewellery of Rajasthan.

The brand decided to use personalized videos to showcase the new product line and create a unique experience for their customers.


The videos consisted of shots of the new products showcasing the beauty and craftsmanship of each piece, also highlighting the cultural and historical significance of each piece. The videos included the name of the customers and a personalized message for each customer from Rohit, the creative director of the brand.

On the day of the launch the videos were sent out to the customers via WhatsApp inviting them to check out the new product line. The response was overwhelmingly positive! Customers were delighted to receive a personalized video, showcasing the beauty and uniqueness of the pieces, and its cultural and historical significance.
